The Brand Agency brings Spring to the City
The Brand Agency recently launched the Spring in the City campaign for the City of Perth. The campaign which runs until the end of October promotes the calendar of events, offers and free family activities that are bringing the City to life over Spring.
The campaign incorporates a vibrant floral design to help showcase the range of offerings. “Spring Tips” have been developed to suggest the best ways for people to get the most out of the City this Spring. The campaign runs across digital and social media, outdoor, bus wraps, newspaper wraps and weekly ‘What’s on?’ guides.
The Brand Agency not only developed the campaign but also created and project managed a number of activations targetting all ages, over the Spring period including Ninja Warrior, Laser Tag and Kids Carnivals.
The first activation took place during the Telstra Perth Fashion Festival. People were invited to star in their own magazine cover. Designed to promote what’s unique about fasion and retail in the City, this free standing perspex branded magazine cover entitled, ’City of Perth Style’ attracted famous catwalk models and budding fashionistas to post their cover shots on social media, reaching over 40,000 people. This was supported by an installation in a shop front nearby.
Adrienne Devine, Senior Account Director, The Brand Agency added, “The City really is blooming during Spring. No matter your age, there is literally something for everyone. It’s been a great opportunity to not only work with the City of Perth on the campaign to promote all that’s going on, but to also get hands on with creating and project managing the activations. It’s allowed us to speak to and influence our audience at every touchpoint of their journey throughout the City.”
